The project is part of the recently finished Coal Drops Yard, as part of the new development project for King’s Cross area in North London.

The project explores craft heritage, smart technology and sustainability, three macro trends highly pertinent to the current design scenario. The uses of colours, textures and patterns evoke nature are used to complement and enhance the greenery.
Apart from simply adding indoor plants to interiors, new innovative ways of subtly incorporating them to everyday objects will begin to appear. In-office spaces, the integration of break out areas and vegetation will be created to encourage interaction and relaxation.
Technical drawings
The illustrations were generated from a 3D model in Rhino and the renders made using V-ray and Photoshop. The presentation was produced in InDesign and Photoshop. The 2D drawings were generated in AutoCAD.
