Dance Fiber Store
Dance Fiber was a live project at postgraduate level with the participation of the owner of the brand Lucia De La Putta. The brand was profiled and their values began to instruct the design of their Concept Store located in Selfridges, London.

The French dancewear brand is considered sustainable luxury as it pays attention to the manufacturing process of the clothes (i.e. natural dyes, organic wool, circular economy). Everything is made local and kept within European suppliers, influencing the quality of the clothes' fabrics.
The lightness of the clothes started to influence the design of the hangers and the way in which they would be displayed. The concept store relied on the beauty of dance to inspire the aesthetics of the elements.

From lighting to furniture, the project includes sustainable materials and finishes to keep the brand's ecological footprint as low as possible. It does not neglect the quality and the aesthetic of the design, hemp and wool are used in the wall and floor finishes.
Technical drawings
For this project, a 3D model was produced in Rhino including the design of furniture pieces and rendered using KeyShot. The technical drawings were produced using AutoCAD.
During the design process, sketching and modelmaking were the most important and are included below. The presentation was put together in InDesign and includes visualisations, 2D Drawings, mood boards, material boards and more.
